    I thoroughly enjoyed reading ur post . me myself play at badminton for Special Olympics Scotland west and two other clubs .I never really thought of the mental benefits before on playing badminton ,now I get it. I love playing badminton it keeps u fit ,motivated, helps u boost confidence and meeting new friends.
